A Little bit about me
Well hello there. I’m Javier, some people call me Jav, and if you’re family maybe Javi. My pronouns are he/him.
I have nearly 25 years experience in the hair & beauty industry, which is wild to say. In my career, I have worked behind the chair, and I spent over a decade teaching in beauty schools and salons for companies like Paul Mitchell and Floyd’s 99. Education is very important to me, so I have also spent countless hours taking classes from brands such as Vidal Sassoon, American Crew, Wella… the list goes on and on.
When I’m not behind the chair, I am probably either hanging out with my wife and kids, training Jiu Jitsu, at a concert, or exploring the world.

1. I was born in Yuma, and grew up in Albuquerque before settling in Southern California. “The desert is my ocean”

2. I have driven to every state in the continental US except 1 (try to guess which)

3. I have a massive cassette collection and I play them on a boom box in my office

4. I’m named after a Spanish mission in Tucson, where my lovely wife is from
​
5. I got into hair because I didn’t want a “real job” and it took me nearly 2 years to go through school because I was also playing in a band and went on tour a couple of times

1. Choose the service you want to book on the booking site.

2. Click "Continue" until you reach the calendar
3. Choose the date you are looking for. You will only be able to choose from the days your stylist is scheduled to work but you can leave additional date requests in the comments section.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the booking calendar and click "Join our waitlist".
​
4. We will notify you if an appointment in the timeframe you chose becomes available.

HOW TO ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAIT LIST: ​
POLICIES
CAncellations
Haircuts, color and treatments require a 48 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their service price.
​
No call no shows will be charged 100% of their service price.
​
Please note that arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in forgoing parts of your service with no price reduction.
​
Recurring cancellations will result in no longer being allowed to pre-book.

It is my goal to ensure that you are happy with your services before leaving our salon.
If there is an adjustment that can be made during the time of your appointment, please feel okay to communicate this with me during the time of your service so we can address it immediately.
Otherwise, please reach out to the salon directly within one week of your service.
